WESTCLIFF UNIVERSITY MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

Timely Returns With Receipt: Full Refund

For merchandise (such as T-shirts, tote bags, hats, etc.) purchased through https://studentshop.westcliff.edu, we will provide a full refund on merchandise within 30 days following the date of purchase. Please contact us via email at westcliffsupport@distributionservice.com with your name, mailing address, order number and the reason for the return. Upon receiving our provided return shipping label, package and send your item(s) with a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase..

The refund will be at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax (excluding any shipping charges), and will be issued to your original method of payment.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at westcliffsupport@distributionservice.com within 30 days following the date of purchase, and provide your full name, mailing address and order number in your email.
  • If you email us with the required information within the 30-day period, we will send you a return FedEx shipping label, as well as instructions for how to send your item to us.
  • Once you receive a shipping label from us, send the item using the provided label, with a postmark of no later than 90 days after the date of purchase, to the following address:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will notify you via email and let you know whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will occur within 10 business days in most cases. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Exclusions

  • To be eligible for a refund, the returned merchandise must:
    • Be in the same condition in which you received it;
    • Not have been worn or otherwise used;
    • Have all sales tags attached to it; and
    • Be in its original packaging.
  • Merchandise returned to us without first contacting westcliffsupport@distributionservice.com, or not using the shipping label we provide, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All sales of merchandise purchased at a discount off its regular price (on “sale”), holiday/seasonal items, are final. Such items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any shipping charges for your initial purchase are non-refundable.
